We are seeking an experienced and professional Barback to join our high-end Italian restaurant, VENTUNO. You will support our Bartenders in providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities

• prepare and restock the bar area with necessary supplies, such as glassware, ice, and liquor;
• prepare juices, syrups, and garnishes for cocktails;
• maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper stock levels and supplies;
• assist Bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, including handling cash transactions;
• follow established health and safety protocols and guidelines;
• participate in regular training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Barback or similar role in a high-end restaurant;
• ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
• organizational and communication skills;
• ability to lift and move heavy containers and equipment;
• basic knowledge of mixology is a plus.
