We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our high-end Italian restaurant, VENTUNO, which will soon open on the 21st floor of the Ruby-Emma Hotel in Amsterdam.

You will be responsible for creating and executing a menu of unique flavors and eye-catching dishes that will leave a lasting impression on our guests and be one of the main talking points of VENTUNO. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant;
• knowledge of Italian gastronomy, cooking techniques, and dishes;
• leadership skills and experience in coaching teams;
• communication and organizational skills.
